Ubaldo Armenta is one of El Paso’s most energetic and prolific choreographers, specializing in Argentine Tango and ballroom dancing. With over 20 years of dance experience, Ubaldo has choreographed and performed at many ballroom showcases and events throughout El Paso and southern New Mexico and has helped countless students become dancers. He is certified by the North American Dance Teacher’s Association as professional ballroom instructor at the Silver Level and DVIDA Bronze Certified in Argentine Tango and American Smooth.   He also holds a Bachelors' degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has competed in the 2016 and 2017  USA Argentine Tango Official Championship, and was a semi-finalist in the Stage Category at the Southern California Argentine Tango Championship.
